The role of a manager ranges from coach of the sales and marketing team to head of human resources to recruiter and team leader. The role of assistant manager at Global Marketing is one of the toughest to obtain and therefore one of the most rewarding. The assistant management position of our management training program is designed to prepare you to run your own office as a managing partner. We teach you everything from business administration and finance to human resources and recruiting, at the same time keeping you as an active team leader and trainer of our sales and marketing team.
Once someone has passed through the initial training and entry level marketing and sales position, they are promoted to account management. Global Marketing’s account managers are the link to the clients we represent and the products they specialize in. As an account manager, you are responsible for new customer acquisitions, team leadership and development. The focus of the account management position is to develop someone who can “do” into someone who can “teach.” You will learn how to balance roles as a sales and marketing professional, coach, and mentor as well as additional office responsibilities and continued personal development. By providing our account managers with direct one on one mentorship and training, we utilize this position to develop the leadership abilities and entrepreneurial mindset necessary to become a successful assistant manager and managing partner.

Paula, originally from Brazil, came to Baltimore, MD with a drive to succeed for her family and career. She possesses a strong desire to attain success, achieve financial freedom, and guide others to do the same. Paula is a natural-born leader, having opened several new successful locations in states such as Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Missouri. At Lindonwood University in Missouri, Paula studied in International Business and Marketing. Her skill-set allows her to utilize strong interpersonal and leadership skills in the development of a progressive organization.
As president, Paula oversees each of her offices nationwide to ensure growth and continued success throughout. She dedicates herself to the continued evolution of her organization; setting the pace in the marketing and direct sales industries.
Brandi completed her undergraduate degree in Visual Design and Communication at Virginia Commonwealth University, Virgina. As Campaign Director Ms. Warman serves as a liaison between our client and our Account Representatives to ensure proper training on new and existing products and quality throughout our organization.
Jessica completed her Associates degree in Business Management at Community College Baltimore County (CCBC) in Maryland. Primarily Jessica’s management background revolved around salon and spa. After several years experience in this field; Jessica decided that she wanted to pursue a profession outside of her comfort zone. As Human Resources Director, Ms. Goemmer guides all aspects of Human Resources throughout our organization ensuring quality and growth for our company and its branches.
